| Customer Support Specialist |
| Responsible for providing daily e-mail/telephone support and on-site installation services to credit unions; performing quality assurance testing of new products/services; and serving as liaison between CU clients and third party service providers. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational, telephone, problem solving, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. PC skills are essential. Credit union/banking experience is preferred; bookkeeping and/or accounting experience essential (to provide necessary background for customer GL/balancing support). XP software experience is a plus. With experience, excellent salary & benefits. Must be willing to travel. |

| Manager of Accounting |
| Responsible for overseeing and providing all aspects of corporate accounting and administration, including: general ledger accounting, financial analysis, accounts receivable, accounts payable, account reconciliation, and payroll. Also responsible for human resources. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five plus (5+) years of accounting and financial reporting experience, with a four (4) year accounting degree. A CPA and/or MBA is a plus. Excellent organizational, telephone, problem solving, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills are required. PC skills are essential – including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. With experience, excellent salary & benefits. |

| Network Engineer |
| Responsible for providing daily network and desktop support to internal staff as well as credit union clients; and maintaining/administering Cisco routers and firewalls. The successful candidate will have strong working knowledge & experience in Windows Server 2003, Active Directory & DNS, and Microsoft Exchange Server (2003 preferred). Cisco router and firewall knowledge & experience is required; Microsoft Software Update Services (SUS) Server and Symantec AntiVirus administration is a plus. Network backup experience required (Backup Exec preferred). Excellent organizational, telephone, problem solving, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills are required.
